What is Ligament?

Ligament is fibrous connective tissue 

TYPES Of LIGAMENTS 

1- Sacroiliac ligament 

2- Sacrococcygeal ligament 

3- Sacrospinous ligament 

4- Sacro tuberous ligament 

5- Symphysis pubis Ligament

1-Sacroiliac ligamentsacroiliac ligaments are fibrous connective tissue that connects Ischial spine to lateral surface of sacrum and  coccyx.

2- Sacrococcygeal ligament –Sacrococcygeal Ligaments are fibrous connective tissue that connects sacrum to coccyx.

3- Sacrospinous ligaments Sacrospinous ligaments are  fibrous connective tissue that joint  ischial spine to lateral side of sacrum and coccyx.

4- Sacro tuberous ligament Sacro tuberous ligament are fibrous connective tissue that  connects Ischial tuberosity to  lateral side of sacrum and coccyx.

5- Symphysis pubis Ligament – Symphysis pubis Ligament are fibrous connective tissue that connects right pubis bone to left pubis bone.
